Richmond Damascus 240mm Gyuto. This knife is stainless, san mai constructed with an ATS314 on the edge and a beautiful damascus pattern on the blade. The steel has been hardened to HRC 61 and will perform better than many stainless steel blades on the market today. The edge is ground 50/50 with an octagonal handle. The blade is 54mm tall at the heel so it has nice height. This line was made in Japan with my partner Yoshikane.
