Location : Used in Hotel kitchen and tested the knife from cutting baguettes on the sandwich section.
Carving local Cotswolds pork joint with skin on. Cuting lamb rump. Not tried on tomatos yet for burgers.
Conclusion : Excellent knife sharpness, G10 / micarta handle is excellent. Laser etched Richmond logo. Also, proud to be my first knife made in USA. Definitely going to buy more from Richmond Artifex made in USA range.
