I tried this knife because a friend had one and I’m amazed with it. Holds it’s edge really well and is great for crusty bread. The handle is super durable too. Love it!0.3

Location : Used in Hotel kitchen and tested the knife from cutting baguettes on the sandwich section.
Carving local Cotswolds pork joint with skin on. Cuting lamb rump. Not tried on tomatos yet for burgers.
Conclusion : Excellent knife sharpness,G10 / micarta handle is excellent. Laser etched Richmond logo. Also,proud to be my first knife made in USA. Definitely going to buy more from Richmond Artifex made in USA range.
Great knife,bought it as it was on sale to replace a prior bread knife,wow figured...its a bread knife how different could it be! The old one immediately started collecting dust! Great deal for a great kitchen tool that is now an essential part of my cutlery arsenal0.3
