The shucking knife is a very nice knife,unfortunately the tip has already broken off. I think they designed the tip to be too pointed thus making it prone to break while shucking a tough oyster. So I don’t know how I really feel. I now need to grind a tip back onto the blade.

This knife looks nice and is comfortable to use. The blade is sharp and digs into the oyster easily,allowing for a very clean opening with little to no debris. However,after one nights use at work,the tip is bent slightly and I feel it will not stand the test of time.
