Pros:

+ perfectly balanced and nimble

+ really cool blade profile

+ convex grind on edge makes for a very sharp and sturdy factory edge

+ very pretty

+ really easy to sharpen (as long as you’re ok with losing the convex grind or willing to learn some exotic sharpening techniques).

cons:

- there are harder steels out there, though this is still better than most German knives

- maintaining the convex edge will require going beyond regular whetstones (I’ve read about apparrati built with sand paper glued to a mouse pad...).

- need hands to be dry (more so than most knives) to avoid slipping on steel handle.

Amazing knife, very light and well balanced,It might need more care then some other knife but you are well rewarded by its fitness. Highly recommended.

Great knife very sharp; light weight and nimble. I really like the fact that it’s really easy to sharpen and holds the edge a lot longer than its German counterparts in my kit. Would have given it a five star ratting but notice that the edge chips very easily so be careful. Other than that this blade is hard to beat cheers!
