This knife is quite sharp and very light weight but is not as sharp as I was led to imagine.
When these were first introduced,I loved them. I have a very methodical and manipulative style,which is suited best with light weight thin blades. It seemed like a perfect fit! Its main fallback is its inability to be honed. After two years it was dull,and I had to send it away,at a $10 each way shipping cost,plus it took a month to get it back. Again,only 6 months later,I feel its dull. Kyocera needs to market a self sharpening system that doesn’t break the bank.
