I used this knife for about 1 year as my tomato knife. It has consistently performed well in that function. However,i always have to be careful with it. Worrying about chipping or breaking the knife has caused me to phase this out of my regular rotation of knives. Also i don’t like not being able to sharpen it. Ok for home use... not good for a pro.

This knife is excellent! It slices tomatoes and other soft vegetables perfectly.

I’ve had this knife for two or three years and can still slice any tomato paper thin with little effort. I love it! And they are fragile,but I have many ceramic knives and have never chipped or broken one.

This is the best knife ever! Slicing a tomato has never been so easy.

Nice balance and the blade is incredible. This was my first ceramic knife but will certainly not be my last!
