- verified customerThe Fujiyama line is the goldilocks of knives, very thin yet just a touch thicker under your fingers as they contact the spine and choil. This cuts just as well as the standard HD or white#2 and just feels way more comfortable in hand. It goes without saying that the handle deserves a three second wooow when you first see it first-hand. If I get another knife, it will be a Fujiyama
