Having recently used this knife a bit,I can easily recommend this knife. The steels held an edge at least as well as any other quality kitchen knives I’ve used,and it came quite sharp. The handle is also very comfortable,and the build quality is great. The hollowed out sections on the blade didn’t seem to do much,though,so I’d recommend the normal one instead.
