This is a great knife for the price. I’ve always liked the D-shape handles and it works exceptionally well on a paring knife. The edge stays sharp quite a while in my home environment as well.

This paring knife is fantastic. It’s sharp out of the box and feels very comfortable in my hands. Mostly being used to score pomegranates for peeling,where I can easily control the cut depth and not cut the arils.

Great paring knife. Sharpest I have found out of the box. I still haven’t sharpened it yet and it still glides through carrots. (especially nice for doing tourne’s)
The handle took a little getting used to for me,but it was worth it. I have tried many others and have yet to find one better. (aside from the Shun Elite which is double the price)
Forget the cheap throw away paring knives,save your money and get this. Its worth it!!!
