I like the thin handle. I was introduced to Global knives in London,UK by my daughter’s cook. Also that it can go in the dishwasher. Hope to purchase more pieces.

This is a great little knife for detail work,especially when you keep it sharp. You may want a second cheaper and duller paring knife for things like brussel sprouts that are easier to do against your thumb - this knife will just end up cutting your thumb.
Never,ever put Global knives in a dishwasher. Only grocery store knives go in the dishwasher. Good knives should be hand washed alone and dried promptly.
