Konsouke is one of our favorite knife makers. Based in Sakai Japan, they are known for using only the best craftsmen for their knives. This line is made by a particular blacksmith that they call "Fujiyama" and he is a different smith than the other lines that are offered by Konosuke. This particular group of knives feature White #2 steel which is easy to sharpen and takes a very keen edge. It is reactive so wiping down and drying should be done after every use.
