Top value,but definitely not top quality. The sharpness of the blade is being off-set by the bulkiness of the blade. It get’s the job done is the fair description.

I saw that this knife recieved a very good test rating on Americas Test Kitchen TV show so I went ahead a purchased it. This knife is excellent,I am very happy with it. It feels great in my hand and it slices perfectly. The blade is very sharp and well made. I would def recommend this knife to anyone who is looking for a good slicer.

This knife allows you to slice neatly through meat with a smooth continuous motion,rather than sawing back and forth. You’ll be amazed at how thinly you can slice your meat. Very sharp right out of the package. Great knife.
