This Forschner Rosewood 3 pc set has blades that feature a high carbon no stain steel and have a unique Victorinox polished surface. The edge is taper ground for excellent sharpness.
These knives are great. They are super sharp and work great. I bought them on the recommendation of some other people and I am glad that I chose these knives. They are just as good as knives that cost double.
