Leicester UKThere are several things that make this knife superb choice for price- cautious professional and home cooks.
1.) Rust Resistance
INOX steel is truly rust resistant,for 3 years i haven’t noticed even the slightest discoloration.
2.)Ease of sharpening
INOX steel is so forgiving when it comes to abuse. It takes just a few pases on sandpaper,and the knife is razor sharp again. Dents and chips are very easy to remove,when we compared to steels like VG-10,S30V,D2.
3.) Handle. Very well designed. Knife stays secure in hand despite being wet or covered with grease. It is easy to clean too,what cannot be said about Cold Steel K4,K5,K7 knives.
4.) Price. 24 dollars !? It’s a bargain of your life.
Overall,
one of the best budget knives available in the market.

Staten Island,NYI was looking at knives for signifcantly more money,some almost $500. I decided to take a chance on this knife and I have been pleasantly surprised. It is well balanced,sturdy,light but feels like a quality item. It cuts tomatoes with ease and my hand does not get tired when dicing. I highly recommend it. Take a chance on it. You can always save for a year and buy the $500 knife.
