i just received my Chef Pak. once getting stuff in place i am completly satisfied with the shipping (little extra for 3 day,couldnt wait),and product. being part of the "backpack genaration" i loved it when i saw it. i get so tired of craming my knife roll into a backpack or carry one and sling the other. not anymore. with this have a perfect fit with much more space for all the little items needed. it seems like its made to withastand some rugged wear. padding makes for a comfortable carry.

I’ll start by saying that this pack is super comfortable to wear and built tough. Most of it is double stitched and made of a very heavy weight nylon. I did however expect it to be slightly larger than it is. The knife case is great but the knife slots barely fit my ten inch chef knife with a blade guard on it,and the small items pouch is a bit small. You can get a peeler and a thermometer in it,but anything else is tight. There could be more slots in the utensils pocket but it is a reasonable size. The laptop pocket could use some utensil slots as well,since I won’t be using it for a laptop,stuff in there just bounces around. Larger holes in the zipper handles would be nice too,to fit a full size pad lock. Those complaints aside,this is a well built product and the comfort of wearing it fully loaded makes it worth the price,additionally the knife case is a great idea. Four and a big half stars,but not quite five.

just received my chef pak today,omg this is just what i wanted,the bag looks small but there are so much so much space in it,i can finally have one bag,is the best quality i got the best shipping,thanks,strongly recommended,5 stars

The Chef pak holds all my cooking equipment,lap top,and chef outfit for Chocolate making course I am taking and it is so comfortable to wear as it is heavily padded. The chef who is teaching the course was very impressed.I will use it for all the cooking courses I will be taking at the community college. I recommend this for all culinary students and teaching Chefs.

My son was thrilled to receive the ChefPak and could’t wait to put his knives,books and other items that he had into the bag. He said that it felt very comfortable with the extra padding. He loves the hard case for his knives and all of his knives fit very well even with the ridgid knife guards that he purchased to protect them. The Chef who designed this ChefPak ( his name escapes me ) really,in my mind,thought about his design well when he came up with this bag. My son says that he would recommend this bag to anyone who is interested in it.

I am very happy with my ChefPak. The backpack is well constructed with sturdy zippers,along with plenty of storage compartments for necessary tools. The knife case is easily removed and holds all the knives I use regularly. The ChefPak is a bit more expensive than most knife cases,but I think it is well worth it. The quality of the construction is far superior to most. I recommend this product.

Knives barely fit,even without the recommended knife guard. Knife entry area needs redesign,I had to rip the first few stitches out to be able to fit the knife in,plus the slots are a little slim.

Great in the kitchen. Knife case also great. Back pack makes you back a bit sweaty though.
