The knife rack is very bulky and surprisingly heavy. This is a bit of a problem in our old house where walls are not reliably solid. Plus,strangely,the drill holes are about 10.5" apart,not the 16" span of wall studs,so it has to anchor into only drywall. The magnet is quite strong which is great,but paired with the problem of not being able to mount is very securely,it will probably eventually leave holes in our drywall.
